I grabbed this guide on shooting macro yesterday from Dan Eitreim and I highly recommend it for the price he’s offering.

Dan’s email excerpt…

“All week long you’ve been working your tail off. You’ve been fighting the traffic, putting up with bosses that really don’t know what they’re doing, stressing about the bills, and so on. I’m sure you get my meaning.

I get asked a lot on Instagram and Twitter, How I get good shots at an indoor Horse Show?

The problem that 90% of those people encounter is that the arenas have terrible light, possibly a mix of multiple types, but definitely it’s low light.

Brett over at Photzy has a free guide explaining it.

I have had my Black Rapid RS-2 Sport strap for quite a while now, and I can honestly say that it is the best camera strap I have ever owned.

It is a great fit and very secure, I never worry about my D800 falling off. It combines an over the shoulder, with an under arm strap to make sure it is going to stay where you want it.

I am going to be trying out some new items I’ve added to my travel bag this weekend in Mississippi.

I’ve always loved my Black Rapid Sport 2 strap so I decided to add some additional security features to it this week. I also added a more permanent quick release that’ll work with my strap and my tripod or monopod… No need to remove it to switch back and forth, making it much quicker to switch.

Holy Cow this thing is awesome! I have always been a fan of the Canon 5D, but now that it’s been refined and is 50+ megapixel it’s even more appealing.

With a 50.6-megapixel CMOS sensor, the 5DS and 5DS R have just become the highest-resolution full-frame DSLR cameras on the market, surpassing the Nikon D800/D800E and the newer D810, which all have the 36.3-megapixel sensor.
